Meh…

Not a lot of forward progression, not complete let down, sorta left feeling… meh, will continue but not as enthusiastic as previous. ❤️ Health Miller as usual

One of my favorite character collections ever.

Honestly one of the best stories I’ve had the pleasure of partaking of. Character development is above and beyond what I could have expected from a fishing book.

Another great story. A number of misread words which is a little annoying but still love Heath Miller! Can’t wait for another

best book so far

What a great way to start this book we get a little bit a of recap but it is told to us by corporal claws! With stories on how claws was the one to save everyone and beat the king. Intill the other animal companions chime in. After this we get to see how Fischer and his cult are progressing forward. With maria having a bun in the oven and everyone is starting to awaken to their true talents there is never a boring day in tropica. We are also introduced into two new companions a little baby racoon with bonded with claws of all people. Also a slime named specialist slime who is the sentient form of the healing pond!? There are also so many great references from dragon ball, one piece, dungeon crawler carl, and naruto each just as good as the last!. Lastly we get to meet a ancient earth elemental and a ancient godly kraken. What is the world coming to! The cult of Fischer is officially growing beyond what we ever thought.

Great story, could do with less intense food descriptions

I like this series overall. The lines and lines of almost erotic food descriptions though loose me. I imagine if you're really into food or coffee this kind of thing might keep your interest, but I find myself fast forwarding through those bits, and there are a lot of those bits.

Good but confusing

Fell into the first book and really loved it. Book 2 & 3 same. This one (book4) is all over. So much chi in and out and battling awakened sharks and eldurcreatures. Not as whitty and missing a lot of the banter between characters . Idk I finished it, but took 2 months.

I love Heretical Fishing soooooooo friggen much!!!

Ohhhh fun! Fun! FUN! I love Heretical Fishing soooooooo much! It's absodamnlutely magical! And one of my favorite books! I not only love the MC Fischer, the first heretical fisher, and Marie his chosen life mate, but all the others too! Fischer's animal pals, and all his mates living in Tropica, as they're all family to him! And I swear everyone, and I mean everyone has their moment to shine brighter than the sun in this ✨ fantastical story! Plus Calamari is on the menu folks! I thought for sure that this was the end of one of the best series evarrr... but I'm mistaken, I found that book 5 will be released February 2026! And there's no telling where Haylock Jobson is gonna take it! But wherever he does Fischer and his Cadre will be ready!
So grab this action-driven audiobook 'cause Heath Miller's performance is extra Buttery AwesomeSauce!!!

In a world full of trauma this series is a soothing haven.

This series is sweet, fun, and serene slice of isekai life.

The only cons are a lack of creativity… there must be other ways to describe other than: devious, mischievous, violent. If you’ve read one of these books you know exactly what I mean. If that’s the only way to bring in drama it gets kinda repetitive.

Nearly perfect

This series has been a beautiful surprise for me. I usually listen to horror but this series has been a wonderful experience and palette cleanser. Impossible to not love all of the characters. If you’re reading this review, go back and listen to book one and thank me later. EEEEEEEE! IYKYK!

it took a while, and i was a little hard to carry on early into this one. Got much better and finished strong
