My life explained!

This book really explains how the narcissistic parent damages their children but how resilient we are because of it.

Very insightful

This book gave me so much information on things I dealt with as a child and how my parents impacted my decisions as an adult where I am able to create better boundaries and heal with my mother and finding closure on my narcissistic father who is no longer living. I found this book so amazing that I had to send a copy of it to my sister.
