I liked this book because it makes me wrestle with my pre conceived ideas about diet and look at things in a new light.

Should Be Required Reading!

This is an excellent explanation of our microbiome and how it works for our health. It is truly compelling and very well explained. I wish my parents had had this information when I was a child. I would have been healthier, my adult children would be healthier now and my parents would have lived long enough to see their grandchildren. Please read this book!
