Could vitamin therapy help the narrator?

Interesting content, but the narration is painful.
I would like to hear more on the topic, but hopefully with a more fluid reader.

Decent info. Really bad reading.

Basic information, although I would have liked more in depth addition to the link between animal products and B vitamins, and the counteractive aspects of hormone injections, pesticides and other chemicals found in meat, etc.
A good basic understanding of vitamin therapy for a beginner. It was just so painful to get through with the reading. Sorry Trevor, you need to work on the flow and inflection and a super huge way!

Very short book with not a lot of information

I thought the book was too short and not detailed enough. I would of liked to have read more research on the evidence of vitamin therapy. The narration of the book for audio was very poor. The narrator talked very slow and seemed to over annunciate words. I think the author would of been better off narrating it herself.
