What's for breakfast? Brain Berries!!!
I'm a huge non-fiction fan and this was just the information I was looking for. In the new year I am searching for a more balanced diet for not only my body but for my longevity. My searches through audible brought me to "Brain Berries" a thoughtful and well explained set of facts and practices that will have you asking why you haven't had a more berry filled life up until this point. I might add I enjoyed the author's reading of the book which was concise and playful which kept me engaged while still picking up a lot of new knowledge. 10/10 recommend if you're looking to improve your life and learn a thing or two about nutrition and brain health.
