Own your body and mind..Don't listen to doctors before you read this book. Dr. Brogan will save your life. I'm a male and I love this book. It did wonders for me to heal myself.. Doctors wanted me to take Lexapro and I started for a week until I saw this book and I stopped immediately..
I've always believed in healing yourself first through food and other means.. It was meant for me to find this book..

This book reviews what many of us already know, that doing what’s best for our minds and bodies is not easier but it does have the greatest payoff. While a lot is available according to western medicine to ‘manage’ mental health issues, very little addresses the root cause. I LOVED this book and had the pleasure of seeing Kelly speak publicly. She gets you back to basics and it’s amazing!
