Interesting

Idk why the last 1.5 hours was a different book but that was just disappointing. This series is decent though. The combat and action isn't the best but the mysteries, world and way the story is told have got my attention. The family dynamics and sister bring things down a bit but it's not a constant aspect or the story. The story flows nicely and there are things constantly happening with few distractions from the main story line. Many mysteries and questions I've felt that i wouldn't get an answer for until the end or even next book but the writer delivers and then hangs another apple out there that looks just as delicious. I'll be looking for the next book.

Solid addition with one caveat

A thrilling and engaging read that keeps you hooked from start to finish. The story offers a captivating mix of buildup, exploration, and mystery, with plenty of new and powerful challenges for the main character to overcome. The author has done a fantastic job of setting the stage for future events, leaving readers eager to see how everything unfolds in the next installment.

However, despite my love for the series, there is one downside: the older sister character has become quite tiresome and frustrating. Her presence detracts from the story to the point where I almost considered skimming through her sections. That said, this is a minor flaw in an otherwise fantastic series, and I’m looking forward to the next book.

Good start and midway was good the ending was so so I do like the pace of the book I can wait to see what is next tho

Not enough credit given

The main criticisms of this book seem superficial at best and a bit like they were annoyed some mentoring of his sister was involved and that’s about it, really enjoyed the book

Good book

Good: Got a new nemesis for the MC.

Bad: the book is 1,5 hours shorter than it says, since it includes "free first chapters drom other book/s"

Absolutely Hate when the book ends 1,5 hours before it says it ends when you buy it.

I thought this was going to be a solo adventure,

I thought this was to be solely about MC and his journey to fix the issue with magic. however the sister was paired with him on his maiden journey, I didn't much care for his sister before as she was just annoying. she wasn't so prominent in book 2 so it wasn't an issue and I didn't think she would've had a significant role in driving this story in this book, but I guess the cover is/was my warning hint. anyway I don't want to say too much more...maybe its voice that's used..well whatever it is, I don't care for it and it kinda messes with my listening experience and adds a dynamic for lack of a better word, that I don't care for.

Another Thorough Enjoyment

Again I really enjoyed the third book in this series. While there are some things I’m not a huge fan of mainly with the timeline at which future progression will seem to take place I’ll still be tuning in for book 4.

It seems like the author is learning and evolving, while there were some flaws that popped up in book 2 they are absent in book 3 so I’m hopeful that the author will also reevaluate what did and didn’t work in this book and adjust accordingly moving forward.

Either way I’ll be there day one to pick it up and devour it equally as quickly. Much much better than his other series, highly recommend.

the unique world concept was very fun to explore.

it wasn't just one linear plot, there are a multitude sub plots that tie into the main that keep it a very entertaining read

reincarnation annoyed...

for the most part I like the story and the characters. I don't know what the growth potential is for this MC but I feel like he is not learning for for his second time around. it doesn't even make sense for him been to have been reincarnated if he just going to pick up where he left off. makes no sense. I hope he learns some things cuz he got some trust issues out of this world. that's probably why reincarnation don't exist. or if it does, thank God we don't remember.

An Awesome Continuation of the Story

The world building and unraveling of the mysterious surrounding the state of the world is entrancing. Seeing him grow bit by bit with the love and support of his family was also really rewarding. Can't wait to see how the story unfolds in the next book
