While I don't know that I will be completing the full 131 method, I do plan to go more in depth with my nutrition because of this book. It helped enlighten me on gut health, what causes leaky gut and understanding the science behind how food work for us. Great book, and I highly recommend it!

This book has so many forms, charts, explanations for the meal plan that it would be more ideal in print format to be able to easily refer back to.

Very inspirational read. I think this program has a lot of very fact based ideas that make a whole lot of sense with research to back it. Can’t wait to try it out.
