I wish every man would LIVE this understanding

Bryan really seems to understand so much that alludes most men about women (at least women like me) and the frustrations, miscommunication, and tragically missed opportunity that can be the result of lacking such an understanding. Reading this felt incredibly validating, but also with virtually every chapter made me realize I really cannot settle for anything less than a man who is willing and eager to do this “work” and live these truths. I also gained some valuable insights that I hope will make me a better partner, both in my masculine and feminine aspects. Thank you.

Clear, clean advice that every man needs to hear

I fully recommend this this book for any couples having relationship issues. It provide the clearest explanation of the masculine needs and fear, I have ever encountered. The author provides a toolbox of words and phases to promote a healthy connection and relationships.

This book sussed out all that lay within me.

Let me begin by saying I consider myself a man who is in tune with his emotions and has been on quite the journey. I am not the man I was ten yrs ago, I’m not even the same man I was two years ago.

I’ll dive right in and say I had quite the expressed relationship with the author. At first, I was good reading along and enjoying the ride. Then once I got to the middle of the book, when he began talking about responsibility and the ego, ohhh my body didn’t like that. I laughed at some stories, shed some tears over similarities, especially the late bloomer title. I yelled into my pillow a few times, releasing energy I kept inside of me, the one that kept shaming and judging me for missing the mark and losing touch of my own personal responsibility as a man. I felt agonizing gut pain, heart breaking memories I got to reconcile.

I recommend this book to those who desire remember our responsibility as men, or those who desire deeper connection and understanding the ins/outs of relationships. Thank you, Bryan.

Was hoping for more of a how to or what to do. Instead was instead was lots of pontification. I’m sure there are some great pearls but wasn’t able to get past all the new age CA inserted.
