Helpful

Finally a book about BPD I relate to and that explains the symptoms in an accessible and compassionate manner. My only wish is that the author had included even more examples from her personal experience. Very helpful overall and o recommend to anyone trying to understand this diagnosis better.

Helpful and Informative

I wish I had had this book when I was first diagnosed, it goes over all the basics you would want to know in how to deal with the diagnoses. It's easy to understand, avoids placing blame or furthering stigmas, and is well organized. Highly recommend!
