Narration atrocious

I have always enjoyed Suzanne Wright’s series and have listened to all of the Phoenix Pack and Mercury Pack books. I was intrigued when I saw this listing and purchased with an Audible credit. Bottom line, buy the book and save your credit. The character’s voices were practically indistinguishable from one another. Almost gave up on more than one occasion but sloughed through to the end hoping it would get better. It didn’t. Unlike the other series that I have listened to more than once, I will not be repeating the experience again with this narrator. Please re-think using this narrator in the Olympus Pride series.

just not as good as the series

I think i would liked it better with another person reading it... she is great with female voices but man the male voice was idk not good in the emotions and sounded winy in the hot areas... I must be to spoiled by Nicole Poole in the other series....

This book is great. I can’t wait for more. The performance was nice and you can tell who she is speaking for. I really love this series and I can’t wait for more.

I liked it 🐾

If you know Susanne Wright, this is a story you might come to expect of her. If you’re unfamiliar with her writing and want to explore paranormal romance, this is what you need to know:

🐾 strong Alpha male (usually grumpy and emotionally stunted)
🐾 badass and bold female lead - strong and independent
🐾 omniscient POV
🐾 crazy fantasy world but also very worldly (makes you view your neighbors in a whole different way 🤣)
🐾 suspense, violence, and some gory details

While Samantha Cook won’t be in my list of favorite narrators, she does a good job.

I’ve passed this book over for about a year thinking it was something I wouldn’t enjoy, boy was I wrong, I loved everything about this story, I definitely recommend it.

Loved it.

I loved every minute of this. That’s all that’s it. Read it. Shifters, packs and cats.

Love the Olympus Pride

Suzanne Wright has another winner! This offshoot of her Phoenix & Mercury Pack series is the bomb. I'm a big Suzanne Wright fan. All her books have been fabulous and this new one with Samantha Cook as the narrator is definitely sigh worthy.

Great start to a new series

I'm so glad the series started with Alex, Mila's brother. I loved him as a side character in her and Dom's book. Bree as usual is a fiesty take no shit female, but Bree is a pride omega. tasked to emotionally help the pride. She's had a crush on Alex since she was 14 but has resigned herself that she'll never have him, until suddenly she does. Wolverines don't make easy mates but the banter and play between these too made be laugh out loud. Things aren't easy sailing tho for the couple, jealous pride mates, hyenas, polar bears oh my. We get brief glimpses of some familiar faces and I hope that continues through the series. While the book follows a very similar path as her other novels, it's still very much it's own story with twists and turns. I'm excited to see which character get a book next, but I hope eventually Kai and Willow get one 🤞

This is Ms Wright at her Best!

I have read ALL of Suzanne Wright's shifter novels. every.last.one. They're amazing. But this one is far and away my favorite.I have this book on repeat for whenever I need a good pick me up.

Fabulous book and I love the narrative

I have read most of Suzanne Wrights books and the new series is great. I am very partial to shifters. Well done and you will enjoy reading all of her series.
