What to eat is boring. I got the idea early on in the book. It felt repetitive. There wasn't much I got out of it. Sorry.

While the information in this book is very good, the presentation is unnecessarily glib and condescending. It’s really unfortunate since I suspect that the “attitude” will undermine the importance of the diet that is being recommended.

I absolutely loved this book and will be rereading it from time to time. As some one who joined Noom to lose weight for good this book has almost identical teachings to that found in the Noom lessons. I HIGHLY recommend for those of you wanting to not just lose weight but lose it for good by changing your life and creating healthy habits that will stay with you for many years to come!

I currently have symptoms of arthritis and a of a poor immune system. The science and evidence suggested in this book should be a huge help.

It was some very interesting and valuable advice that the book gave in the beginning. But all the ensuing chapters of what to eat, when.... was quite boring. The book could have been two hours in total considering the main message.
