As a Commissioned female Officer who is now a disabled veteran, I can certainly relate to the struggles and stresses experienced by the author during her military life. She so perfectly described her mental and physical struggles so vividly. I am so proud that she has an organization to reach out to others who need support. This book is a great read. I highly recommend it.
