Publisher's summary

A girl. A guy. And a talking peen.

Holly Martin isn't the type to have a one-night stand. But a crushing break up, a sexy blind date, and a few shots of Fireball is about to change all that.

Matthew Daniels is an introverted PA who claims he's too busy to date. But that doesn't stop his older brothers from encouraging him to let loose and get out there, because as they put it - the right girl won't just walk up to you.

But what if she does?

Is it possible for a one-night stand that happens twice, to actually become more? Could two nights of reckless debauchery actually lead to true love? Or is this just another case of a whisky induced disaster?

This romantic comedy is sure to have you laughing, cringing, rolling your eyes, and looking for a shot glass of your own.

This book contains mature content (and immature content). It is intended for adult listeners.

Laugh out loud funny!

Every once in a while, a romantic comedy comes out that just hits me as so good and funny that I laugh out loud. This one definitely did this to me. Matthew meets Holly on an accidental blind date, not letting her know he is not the person she is supposed to be meeting. From there, it's one laugh after another along with incredible chemistry. Matthew is a sweet guy, hard working and doesn't date that often. Holly is recovering from a breakup and being told it's time to get back out there. What makes this so good, is the idea that men think with the wrong head. "Peen" is always talking to Matt, guiding him to jump into bed with Holly every chance he gets. The conversations they have are so entertaining, just like you would imagine them to be if you could hear them out loud. Give this book a read, you will not be disappointed, the story is great and the comedy is hysterical.

Tor Thom and Charley Ongel duet narrate this story. Their chemistry always comes through when they perform and with this one, you can hear the laughter in their voices. Tor Thom's "Peen" is spot on, it will make those around you wonder why you are laughing!

Great story with fantastic narration

Any additional comments?

Great book….loved the humor. It's definitely worth your time and credit. It's one of those books that you will listen to repeatedly just for the fun of it. It pulls you in immediately and holds your attention from beginning to end. I ended up staying up late because I was so wrapped up in the story I didn’t want to stop listening. I thought.... I'll just start this while I clean up after dinner. Well.... 3 hours later the dishes were done, the laundry and 3 bathrooms. When I started to reorganize the closet just to keep listening I knew I was in trouble. Even though I stayed up late to finish the book I wish it had been longer, just because it was an enjoyable story.

It's a well written, fun, humorous, steamy and just plain all around entertaining story with a great cast of well rounded and immediately likable characters.

The narration was fantastic. Tor Thom and Charley Ongel are a great duo. They are each great narrators on their own but their dual narrations are a pleasure to listen too. Clearly spoken with a nice even pace. Great character voices. Perfect tone and delivery of the humor. They made the story and characters come to life. Very enjoyable.

This book was fun!

Any additional comments?

This listen is your garden variety rom-com but it was formulaic gold! The duo narration really cemented the story and I thoroughly enjoyed the crazy.

The male narrator was my favorite. He delivered a swoon-worthy nerd and I just loved his presentation. The female narrator kept pace and her crazy kept me smiling.

The ending was kind of 'meh' but that's par for the genre.

It's too bad this is not a series though. I would love to get more of this story...and the six nieces...and two brothers...and ex-boyfriend...and gay male colleague. Hint. Hint.

A talking peen?!?!

Who would have thought a talking peen would be funny??? This quick listen is full of laughs and a little angst. Holly and Matthew go thru a series of misunderstandings that were predictable at times but the many laugh out loud moments make up for that. Matthew may just be the hottest nerd ever!!! The dynamic narrator duo of Tor and Charley once again make for an amazing listen!!!

This was a silly book

It was entertaining, but silly. I'm sure it was intended that way, but maybe I just prefer a more sophisticated book. I do like romantic comedy, but this was just plain silly. The narrators did a great job with the characters. Overall it was cute.

Fun, cute and entertaining listen!

What did you love best about The Two-Night One-Night Stand?

There were some really funny parts that totally made me laugh out loud. I think that's what I liked best about the book. That, and the fact that it was so real as opposed to some of these novels that I so far out in left field of things that would never really happen IRL. It was hilarious and genuine.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Two-Night One-Night Stand?

The whole awkward night at Matthew's with the snowstorm was pretty funny. I could appreciate the awkwardness of the whole situation, though I haven't been in the exact same situation. That's all that I can say without giving away any spoilers!

Which character – as performed by Tor Thom and Charley Ongel – was your favorite?

I thought that both Matthew and Holly were performed really well. I typically am not a huge fan of both female and male narrators in one book, as it sometimes jars the "flow" while listening, but it worked for this book and the writing style. The secondary characters were performed well too. Both narrators were super pleasant to listen to and played the various characters well, with a nice cadence.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It actually was. I personally could have done without "peen," but that's just my particular opinion. It was a fast moving, fun listen and I put it on sleep timer more than once in a night because I was enjoying listening to it.

Hilarious ‘Peen’ action! Tor Thom’s narration shines.

What do you get when you combine a blind date, a huge mixup, and a crazy, unforgettable night? A freaking hilarious book that’s sure to entertain, make you laugh out loud, and having you swooning throughout the entire thing! Holly and Matthew are amazing together. Their conversations and banter are amazing and hysterical! This audiobook had me laughing out loud with all the hilarious sexual innuendo. Ryan Ringbloom manages to deliver one of the funniest romantic comedies I’ve listened to in a very long time. Most definitely worth my monthly Audible credit.

Tor Thom and Charley Ongel narrate and do a phenomenal job. Their chemistry is always electric and is why they’re one of my favorite narrating duos. I adore them both, but in this audio Tor Thom truly steals the show with his performance that had me swooning and cackling with laughter. 5 Stars.

Hilariously sexy!

5 Crazy Ass Must Listen Stars!!!!!

OMG! This is friggin' hilarious. There's Peen talking, dirty talk gone wrong, mistaken identity, guy kissing, family taunting, embarrassing moments, laugh out loud moments abound, and some sexy times that will have you fanning yourself.
I love this narrating duo. This is the second book that I've listened to narrated by them and let's just say that I've started a new shelf dedicated to "Dual narration that kicks ass" because these two have a chemistry together that transforms their storytelling and brings life to the characters. I am off to see what more they have available on the Romance Package.
