Good book But..

It's a pretty good book, but it's light on study references. I'd like to be able to vier the source of where she got her claims. I'd rather not just take her word for it.

Unbiased nutritional knowledge and tools

Ive had a life long pattern of disordered eating and trying fad diets. With that being said, i have spent the last 9 years of my life inching closer and closer to a sustainable and healthy approach to nutrition. In that 9 years I’ve maintained the major nutritional adjustment of being vegetarian, it’s led me to losing and keeping off 150 lbs and has came with many other struggles that still linger from my spotty past with diet. I love that this book isn’t biased towards a diet with or without meat but instead gives you factual and applicable knowledge to finding a healthy diet no matter your preference of meat or no meat and focuses on the consumption of whole foods. Of all the books I’ve read in these last 9 years based around nutrition, this one is the one that I would suggest for anyone struggling to find balance and sustenance in their nutritional choices. Will be listening to this one over and over…

So interesting and informational!

I have been looking for a credible and interesting nutrition book on audible. This one has been so helpful! I have been trying to eat healthier in my everyday life. It gives lots of information but it’s not overwhelming. The narrator does a great job.
