Publisher's Summary

I’ve loved him from afar. Though most times he’s only a foot away.

I’m smart enough to know he’ll never be anyone’s forever.

He checks all the bad boy boxes. Tattoos. Check. Motorcycle. Check. Chip on his shoulder. Check check.

If he wasn’t my neighbor and friend, I may have thrown myself at him. Okay, yeah. I wouldn’t. Because guys like Dylan don’t want a woman who writes kid’s math textbooks under him in bed. Instead, I pathetically savor morsels of moments where I have his sole attention.

That was until his archenemy moved in with me. Now suddenly, Dylan’s moving in, too, and warning off the first guy in a long time who’s showing me interest. Could he finally see me as more than a friend, or am I just a prize to win and show off to his enemy?

Long Set-up

The book's enjoyable, but there is an unbelievably long set-up. Almost half way through the book I wondered when Ryan would even kiss one of the two guys. Or at the very least have a first date with one pr both of them.
It's not to say the story isn't well- written because it is. It's just a lot of exposition. I was surprised the innuendo of a subplot with Frankie didn't pan out. I think that's a lost opportunity, especially since there was definite sexual tension between Frankie and Jax, but perhaps that is not a book to be written by Piper Rayne.
There is a comeuppance, two confrontations, a reconciliation and a HEA, but it was somewhat a long meandering journey.

My favourite of the Rooftop Crew.

Great story and the characters preformed so well, it was easy to get lost in this story.
