I read alot of business books about marketing. This one was pretty to the point and wrapped in the nice bow of a story. The author repeats himself but not in a way that becomes monotonous but in a way that reinforces the lessons. Get this one if you want a simple system to increase your referrals and don’t want to listen to a long drawn out treatise on sales.
