Awesome
I drive a semi truck so I'm always looking for something to keep me entertained. this book done it. the narrator was spectacular at giving you the emotion the characters was feeling in his voice. excellent listen if you're into zombie/alien books

It the first in a sequel
The story was OK. It’s geared more for teens than adults. I was disappointed to realize it was the first in a series. I wanted a stand alone story.

Sci-fi thriller
I’m not usually a fan of sci-fi. But this was interesting, and his combination of romance and horror made it nice for escapism. And some of the writing was particularly moving

good story, but....
I enjoyed the book and the narration... my issue is that there are chapters that were reread/ repeated. I found myself rewinding the book to make sure I wasn't hearing things.

Don't say the "Z" word
This is not a zombie novel. Let me start there. It's a creative take on on that genre that's worth a listen. I've never listened to this narrator before but he did a good job distinguishing the characters and keeping a steady flow in the story. It's not what I expected and although I felt like the ending was a bit lacking... I'll be looking for the sequel. Bottom line: it's worth the credit
