This is the second book I have listened to by Carl Vernon.The first was You Care To Much. He has incredible insight and I am learning a lot from him. His writing and narrating style is fresh and entertaining. I can't wait to listen to the next audio book and I wish him the best because he is helping me and helping so many other people. I've been dealing with a chronic a**hole in my own life, and your words have helped me improve the situation - all by changing the thoughts in my head, which lead to improving my own perspective and actions. Internally, I've set new boundaries to ensure I do not let the a**hole sap my positive energy.
