Publisher's Summary

"But I can't...."

"There's no way...."

"It's impossible...."

Enough. Get off your ass make your "someday" goals a priority - today.

After years of coaching and consulting hundreds of startup rookies as well as seasoned entrepreneurs, executives, and CEOs, Bedros Keuilian realized that most people who want to start a business, grow an existing business, author a book, make more money, or make a bigger impact usually take the long, slow, painful way to get there...and more than 80 percent of entrepreneurs never get to their desired destination or achieve their full potential in business. They treat their dream as if it were merely a hobby and dip their toes in the water, but they never commit to diving in - you get the idea.

It's time to cut the bullshit excuses. Everyone has a gift, a purpose. It's your duty to figure out what your gift is and how you're going to share it with the world.

Man Up: How to Cut the Bullshit and Dominate Your Path is your guide to doing exactly that. Keuilian, founder and CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp and known as the "hidden genius" behind many of the most successful brands and businesses throughout multiple industries, will teach you how to break out of the sea of mediocrity, get singularly focused on your purpose, and do what it takes - not only to achieve but dominate your goals.

With Keuilian's no-nonsense approach in both business and personal spheres, you'll be able to define your purpose and have clarity of vision - and a plan - to make the quantum leap. Whether it's creating and growing a company, leaving a legacy, making a difference, or launching a new brand, you will discover how to use your passion, purpose, and sheer grit to overcome any adversity that attempts to derail your progress.

If there's an area of your life in which you need to man up, this book will get you there.

Good overview, but nothing new or groundbreaking

If you’ve read lots of self help / improvement books already most of this book will be a repeat for you. Go to bed early, get up early, manage your time/emotions, exercise, eat right, and focus on gratitude.

You’re better off doing a deep dive into each of these topics with a book solely dedicated to that area. Want to learn how to build good habits, read Atomic Habits. Manage your emotions? Read Obstacle is the Way or Daily Stoic.

This book doesn’t dive deep enough into any of these areas for me and doesn’t tell a good enough story to make up for it.

My big take away or ah-ha moment from this book was the importance of being decisive. That’s what I really took away from this book.

Highly recommended

Anyone looking for a kick in the a** or a new outlook on every day life or just a little inspiration should take the time to read or listen to Bedros’s message. Can’t put a price on the value of learning from someone who has already been through the gauntlet and back.

Loved it!

This book helped shine light on many areas in which I needed help and understanding into the deeper meaning of resilience and leadership. Knowing the origin story and how the author dealt with the many setbacks throughout his career and life offers a great opportunity to learn and grow alongside.

Great man, greater life story

I don't write many reviews especially on books, but Bedros' book was on another inspirational level. Simply put Man Up in Life. If you read this book and put it into action, then this book is priceless.

Amazing book

A real raw insight into the highs and lows of real entrepreneurship. Often times you hear the modern day unicorn story of facebook, apple or microsoft etc.. where everything seems to work like magic off the bat, but to hear a real life story of struggle and success gives encouragement to the reader that you can do it too, and that anything is possible. Thanks Bedros!

FUCKING AWESOME!!

This book has opened me so many opportunities in my life, not only business-wise, but in paradigms and my belief system.
MAN UP is a game-changing, it will teach you the best practices and how to achieve your business, life and relationship goals.

The entrepreneurial path is fucking messy, but this book gives you a clear map and what are the best practices to overcome and tackle chaos, moreover, how to develop your discipline and create a structure where not only customers are the centrepiece of your business but your own employees and the most important YOU.

Bedros is very straight forward he cuts all the BS and show you how to GSD.

Lacklustre and uninspiringly similar

I'm a couple of hours in and finding it hard to understand why this has had so many good reviews. It seems like the reviewers are either very new to self-development, or just making stuff up.

Firstly it's more autobiographical than it is motivational -- he keeps waffling on about how he was just a poor boy from a poor family (see what I did there?) and how he worked hard, blah blah blah.

OK that's valid I guess, but it also includes a load of the same tired old self-help stuff about overcoming fears, finding purpose, adding value etc. all delivered with such a lacklustre narration that it hardly leaves you brimming with enthusiasm.

I dunno, I just didn't get it - it doesn't seem that well put together; no goal setting, no pivotal moments, no turning points, just a parabolic upward curve of success and ego, all packaged into something a little bit boring.

I could easily fall asleep listening to this - but instead I'm writing this review, ready to give it another hour or so to see if I can change my mind.

If I don't change this review it's because I've sent it back.

This is straight up honesty and relentlessness

Very rarely do you find an entrepreneur as successful as Bedros who keeps it real about his failures along his path to success, more than he does the actual successes. He brings you deep into his world conveying all of the several disappointments and failures along his entrepreneurial journey that paved the way for where he is now. It's so relatable too because the reality for most of us is that we constantly face hurdles and seemingly impossible brick walls tyat only tye persistent and resilient are able to scale........once of course, we are able to MAN UP to our failres and own them. I honestly can't wait to listen to this again in a few weeks.

One of the few books that I would listen to again

Bedros’s philosophies and stories are incredible and very motivating to listen to. This is not just a self-improvement book, but it’s like you have a real, genuine mentor to listen to and get advice from. Bedros deserves more of a following I feel on YouTube too.

Bedros setting the way...

Thank you for the insights and knowledge in this book.

I take so much from online mentors and you are certainly one of them.

Habits like morning rituals, similar to yours have changed my life ten fold.

I look forward to the day we meet and share a podcast or too.

Perfect for entrepreneurs operating beneath a glass ceiling

One of the most honest books for entrepreneurs I've ever read. There is no B.S just useful information. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t get to the point

Perhaps the writer has done well but he doesn’t get to the point.. perhaps he still has to learn to cut through the rubbish and get to the point. Not recommended.
