The title sais it all

This book was such a help, I’m a Chef and the connection I have between me and my passion tends to have a lot of access care shoved between hospitality and “work” while learning boundaries this book helped me clarify some really good positive changes and clarity and that was nice job Mel Robbins

Love This So Much — Thanks, Mel!

Simple, profound, and to the point. Mel has done it again. People try to complicate life, this is proof that you don’t have to do all of that — life can be good AND super simple. Great advice that is sure to increase your peace. Mel is one of the best narrators out there, hands-down. I can listen to her for hours and hours and hours. It just flows! And I love that.

Let ME!

Mel Robbins' *Let Them* has profoundly impacted my approach to dealing with annoying situations. When confronted with frustrating people, I now use the "let them" method. By stopping and reminding myself to "let them," I redirect my focus on my behavior and how to handle the situation more constructively.

This strategy has opened my eyes to how much I had been letting my job dictate my well-being. The empowerment I’ve gained from the LET ME theory led me to discover a thrilling new opportunity that I'll be starting in a few weeks.

*Let Them* has not only helped me reflect on my actions but also motivated me to make positive changes. It's a transformative read that I'm excited to share with others.

Warming, soothing and encouraging

I’m just so glad that I live in this era when someone can choose their wisdom tellers all around the world. I’m being a Mel’s podcast listener for almost 2 years and it’s so life changing, I don’t think one can imagine how much it helped me through the toughest times. I would just suggest everyone this book, seemingly just a regular self help book which is not. Personally, I just decided to make Let them theory my life fundamental rules, because the book was so compelling. Thank you Mel, 💚 you! 🔥 🥹

Letting them, Let’s Me!

Thank you Mel Robbins and Sawyer Robbins for writing such a profoundly beneficial book to humanity. I have spent most, if not all my life so far, attempting to micromanage others. Not because I want to control them, but because I feel like they indirectly control me. I make other people my problem. It’s not helpful to them or to me. It causes a great deal of resentment and anxiety. I think, I feel, I hope, I know, this book is helping me to become my best self, which is really the only thing that helps others to become their best self. Win/Win!!
