Well-written and well-narrated. Easy to breeze through at 2x, and slow down for those sections that were new to me.
It starts with the most basic information for those new to commercial real estate and progresses with detailed and thorough explanations of complex situations and tax considerations that syndicate investors should know.

I learned so much from Brian on this book! Shows how knowledgeable he is in this business. He goes over all the important things to consider when looking into investing in syndications.

Excellent book

This is a superb book that allows beginners to learn the major facets of passive real estate investing with syndications. There are very few books (especially on audible) that delve into this topic. This book does an excellent job of doing just that. I will probably even buy the print copy in order to better understand some of the mathematical illustrations the author lays out. All in all, this was an excellent work!

Great insights

Really good book! Complete and thorough. It centers around investing in syndications and funds, but offers a great perspective of how to properly set up and market syndications to potential investors.
