Very informative with no fluff

There were a lot of good tips and references. A lot of real estate investing books seem to focus on hitting a home run or trying to kill it. This book was more tame and gave information that is helpful for someone wanting to start out or someone who wants to grow a large portfolio.

This book has all the details from A to Z for investing and hosting successfully in MTR's. The case studies and real life lessons make it super relatable and easy to understand. A definite 5 Star review for this one!

Good for people who are new

It's good for people new to short or medium-term rental. It has a ton of filler like talking about the benefits its not just this book i find it quite common. If I am listening to this booking isn't a good indicator that I am already convinced.
I did not find anything more than what you can find in youtube about these topics so listening to the book wasnt helpful to me.

Simple, straightforward and super valuable!

Authors do a great job at simplifying and streamlining the complex world of real estate, investing, management and more! A quick and easy read that is a must for anyone interested in building a real estate portfolio!

Very Useful

I would strongly recommend anyone looking to enter the MTR market to invest in this book. I took away information I’m positive will be beneficial as I start my journey into MTR’s.

I love the audible version so much I purchased the book too. A lot of information are so accurate lol. I wish I have this book when I started but I also figured it out on my own like the Authors. I’m glad this will help people who’s starting to get into MTRs.

Great book for anyone interested in MTR

This is a great read for anyone looking to get into the MTR space. The authors provide great guidance on understanding the MTR strategy and how to manage once you get started. The fact that the authors incorporated their own personal story made the book even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this book to fellow investors.

My husband and I are just starting out in real estate investing. We are interested in MTRs and this book is so informative and has been extremely helpful. I love how they really go into specifics; everything from the breakdown of deals they have structured to what to buy when setting up the rental.
