Informative, life changing information

This has been working for our whole family - we are breaking free from addiction to food - being overfed like feedlot animals. Our health, relationships, and outlooks are more positive. We combine this with keto and the results are amazing. It is MUCH better to feel hungry than it is to feel full.

All you need to think about is "one more Day"

Great read for a beginner

This book is a quick read but packed with important info. It's perfect introduction for a beginner water faster. Took me about 30 minutes to read but answered some of my questions. Would definitely recommend.
