Excellent for my work however the free hand-outs are not available as promised, or if they are they are very hard to find. I got the workbook because I wanted the hand-outs. I decided to complain to the publisher and they neglected my disease. This will make me think twice about future purchases.

Good update with extra skills
This audiobook very important and a few lessons have helped me calm down after having a flashback, as it's been written by an American lady some of the wording is frustrating for someone living in the UK, but generally it's working out ok for me.

Exceptionally basic clarification and activities for DBT. On the off chance that you have wanted for all the more how to's and why's, this is acceptable, yet not very convoluted.
