Not the Place to Start

I have read almost every book in the Leopard Series, starting with Wild Rain back when it came out in 2004 and wanted to listen to them all on audio, since I drive a lot for work. Honestly, had I started with this book way back in 2004, I probably wouldn't have kept reading the series. It doesn't have the same feel as the others, and the narrator uses the same voice and tone for all of the characters, which makes it painful to listen to. I love Christine Feehan's writing, but this one is not for me. I am hoping the other audio books are better.

The story line was different from my usual.

I did not like the music at the beginning. It was too distracting while listening to the beginning of the story.

Disappointed

Story was to short. could have had more content. but I did like what was there.

Loved this book, look forward to reading the remainder of the series. I love Christine's imagination!
