better than when I expected by the comments

okay so a lot of people are saying that this book is not good in comparisons to the other books I would say that's not exactly accurate I would say that this book could be skipped and you wouldn't miss out on a lot of the story this book's primary goal from what I can tell is a combination of character development World building plot setup and closure of other plots and consolidation of plots in the story I will admit that there are some jarring moments on transitions and some of the time frames make things a little confusing it would have been nice if the author made some of those transitions a little bit more clear cut instead of just going from one point of view suddenly to another point of view or time skipping in between but for the most part the book was fine some points in the book felt a little pointless but I understand what the author's trying to do if you don't mind extra story plot and consolidation and plots being tied up for most of the book then go ahead and listen to this one there are a couple of relevant details in this book but based on the book I would say if you don't care about those details you probably could skip this one and wait for the next book to come out it's mostly introducing new characters that are going to be villains in the next one a couple of points where characters grow just remember that a story based on how this one is there's a lot of plates that are spinning that the author has to keep track of and when those plates would have trajectories that would be Troublesome and he's got to figure out a solution otherwise the story will end up too chaotic and confusing and then you'll just be questioning what's the whole point and where is everything going this book is one of those books where they're trying to fix that problem before it becomes too bad or you just end up with a bunch of plot holes that you're like hey well what happened here it seemed kind of relevant

This entire series is amazing but the last couple hours of this one was perfection… this makes other books feel plain in comparison

This is now a favorite of mine. I’ve listened to over a hundred books on lit rpg and this series has a great twist and makes you question what is evil or good. I’d recommend anyone to read especially if you have a fancy for lit rpg.

Excellent Series

Obviously you like this genre, that's the reason you are reading this review. my solid advise is this, listen to the series, if you dontblike it return it and get your credits back. but I know you won't if you into this genre.

Another OUTSTANDING addition!!!!!!!

This writer really knows how to deliver!!!! So much more story and massive events and nothing seems dragged out. Riven is a world ender and i love that he is actually WRITTEN like that, a AURA FARMER haha. So many stories say or have MCs that are supposed to be badass but just are lame. Ranyhin1, if youre reading this please please please dont stop writing this amazing series!!!! I want to see Riven hit the S grade!

This was yet another amazing book in this series... And after that ending, I'm already anxious for the next book to be released.

The way his sister snapped at him was funny. I wonder if he will get the blood from the blood godand what it will dose .

it's so bad I can't finish it.

The narrator can't do female voices, the writing seams to get worse book by book, and the author bloats his chapters and has no structure, starting and stoping them whenever. The series had a lot of promise but once we got the unnecessary and weird anime highschool love triangle with Riven and his demons, the story kept getting worse.

There is no humor at all in these books. Sure it's suppose to be grim dark, but it's not even that. it's just lightly dark fantasy and serious all the time. I don't know what the author is doing but they are watching too much anime and seeing that as the pinnical of middle school writing.
