Highly recommend!

A book which everyone must read. When you finish reading this book you will no longer believe in stupid myths about weight loss, muscle gain, supplements and more.

Realistic and healthy approach to fitness and health

Matt is honest, funny guy and with his book he won’t set you up for a failure, as most “fitness experts” dose. This book contains really good set of guidelines, for your achievements in your health and strength. And puts big emphasis on genetics which is really important. Overall I really enjoyed this book and I loved that Matt narrated it himself.

Disgustingly good

This was genuinely funny, while still being informative and solidly helpful. In my opinion, it covered all relevant topics which I'll be sure to go over time and time again. I think everyone from bodybuilder to ballet dancer would find some useful information in this book. Or even just be entertained, if that's what you're looking for. Highly recommend.

Nice one Matt

I’ve been following Matt on YouTube for a few months now, and mainly thanks to him I have rejoined my gym so I can finally build my dream body. I’m even getting a personal trainer! As someone who has spent years being stuck in the starve-binge cycle, it meant so much to hear of Matt’s own experience with the same problem, and overcame it. I’ve given myself 12 months to lose body fat and get ripped whilst not letting myself feel guilty for eating that donut every now and then. This is a really good audiobook by someone who really knows what he’s talking about, and well worth your time if you want a realistic idea of what you need to do to be healthy and fit. If you’re reading this Matt, from the bottom of my donut box, thank you.

Perfect

Really good book. As a personal trainer myself I highly recommend this book 👍 some parts however I hade a little bit hearing what he said. But that's on me. English isn't my native language!
