I can't believe how much info this book packs on goals, motivation to even giving others feedback. May be the best book on goals I have ever read. Narrator is outstanding too!

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I've read a lot of these type books and like others its mostly common sense so I would not recommend to a friend unless this was the first book of this type they had ever read.

Interesting and Practical

I found this book to be a good mix of studies and application. The last chapter on feedback was nothing new to me.

So good I bought the print version too!

Some books are so good that you have to buy a hard copy to pass on. This is one of them.

Finally... A book about goals and success that makes some sense. There' so much nonsense out there. This is without a doubt worth several listens.

Insightful impact.

This book had a tremendous impact on the way I approach and think about a myriad of things. Today at work several of my co-workers and my boss engaged in a discussion on many of the topics in this book. This book is a must read as it has the potential to be life changing because of the way it changes one's thinking.
