This book is excellent, but I haven't worked all the way through it but am doing the work it calls for, and that I require, and believe it is a great resource with an easy way to quite drinking.

Website doesn't exist

I'm a little disturbed that the website they give to read all the subliminal affirmations doesn't actually exist. It's hard to listen to something when you don't know what's being put in your head. Other than that I'd say it's at least a relaxing track that has given me a great night's sleep.

Don't wait another day...

This book and its exercises assisted me to stop drinking and have kept me off for over one year. The reality of what drinking was doing to my life was the key to finish. It still affects.

Not what I expectrd....

I though I was going to listen to motivating words for the duration of the audio. but it started off as motivational words, then just a filler of sounds for the next few hoyrs...
