These Hypnosis worked, it really did. My drinking starts to make me someone I don't like to be, so I give it a try. Now I can be at work - getting drinks - despite trying how good they taste, but I know I don't want any.

This audiobook is a crazy spell. I haven't had a single drink since following this audible. It turned my mindset, and I'm astounded and amazed that all I needed to do was listen to an only book.

Effective yet a little cheesy!

I feel like this is genuinely working. I wish though that the author would rewrite some parts of the dialog. And if our when it is registered again he reads in more of a relaxing tone of voice.
He sounds like a morning DJ on a radio station.
