Worked for me

I consider myself a logical guy. I’m willing to hear out an argument and when I picked up this book I decided to see it through. I bounced back and forth between drinking and not for years, but always came back. I’m now certain I never will again.

The arguments in the book are sound, although I found myself disputing them reactively. I replayed chapters and really thought out his arguments and eventually came to the realization that he was right. Near the end of the book, he says to go back and address anything I’m not certain about by re-listening to the proper chapter. I did. The tools this book provides are exactly what I need to overcome my excuses for not quitting.

I didn’t think I could ever WANT to stop drinking. But now I’m so much happier without it. Come willingly, when you’re ready.

I'm free

I used Alan Carr's stop smoking book and have been smoke free since May 14, 2018. as of last night, I am now alcohol free as well.

Easy way

Been a week. I feel free of alcohol but I have to keep reminding myself I’m free vs craving. That said having tried many times I feel like this is the best method and I’m confident now with this knowledge that I’ll never poison myself again. Read the book follow the instructions you’ll be glad that you did.
