Fantastic

Thought-provoking and startlingly honest. This series will allow you to explore ideas and viewpoints which are rare to find elsewhere in society.

very dark undertones

i understand the need for authenticity and vulnerability but there was so much struggle and sadness expressed before any info/lessons/ transformations. it was depressing to listen to it. the wisdom from people was there but not enough in comparison to the darkness of it

Surprised me

The emotional side of TED talks, I loved hearing not just the stories but the reflections and teachings from such a wide range of people. I wish there was a season 2.

Stop doing the vocal fry

I absolutely loved these stories, but I could not get over the ted producer’s, June’s, intense and every single sentence’s vocal fry. Vocal fry does not make you sound more professional, it makes it painful to listen to. The producer is in every episode, they might want to recast her if they want to make more episodes
