THIS IS AN INTERESTING STORY!!!

I liked the story..I thought it was sexy and well written and very erotic...and I liked how it unfolded....as for the narrator..I was not super impressed...I liked the characters and how they curiously came together in person...the dom sub relationship can be very complex...this one happens to work well..and even if it started online...it was sexy!!

A prelude to something better

This audiobook is short but sets up what promises to be a great series.

So the question is: if you meet a Dominant through the internet and you follow the training he guides you through, are you truly a submissive? HIS submissive?

In this case, Matthew (Silken) is a ballet dancer whose career has ended prematurely due to a knee injury. He has taken a job tending rich people’s residences. He is surrounded by luxury he will never himself enjoy.

He is not defeated and his relationship with the mysterious online Dom (Austin82) keeps him going. Exclusive – or so he believes – he follows his Master’s every command with the promise of a fulfilling relationship.

There are some quirky twists and turns, along with some intriguing and hot sex scenes. Who knew suction cups would be so useful? I love the theme of men enjoying sexy lingerie and the touch of BDSM adds heat, which I always enjoy.

Gomez Pugh is one of my favourite narrators and given that Matthew is British and the series takes place in London, I would have expected a British narrator. Pugh, however, does a great job. His accent for Matthew is good, but his deep and husky Austin is amazing.

I recommend this short fun and sexy read.

I’ve been wanting to check this book out, the blurb was really intriguing. I love books with MC’s who love lingerie, and a bonus Matthew/Silken is a dancer as well. I kinda hated Austin, but that’s personal preference and not against the Authors writing. And I really wanted to Love this book. But. I think if I would have just “Read” the book instead of “listening” to the Audio. I would have liked it better. I did think the Sexy scenes were Great & the BDSM was written well! Totally HOT! But. There was something about the narrator, he wasn’t bad, but he just didn’t work for me specifically on this book.

Cross-Dressing, Bondage and Dominance, Oh My!

Gomez Pugh's Performance was a bit slow for my liking. That was easily fixed by speeding up the playback to 1.2 5xon my Audible app, then it was nearly perfect. I love his British accent, as well.

Credit worthy? Probably not, as it is short and the MSRP is very reasonable. I would recommend buying it out right\, as the price is very reasonable – and less than the cost of credit.

Great Narration

This was a great short read. Full disclosure, it is a M/M romance. The narration was great! As in most short stories, there is a decent amount of build up to a tasty treat at the end. I am not new to the BDSM genre and can say this fell on the tamer side so if you are looking for an entry and prefer M/M storylines, this is a great read for you. I look forward to reading more of Isobel's work. My only thought is that I felt like it ended to soon when we got to the juicy part :) Still liked it though!

Short and sweet.

This is a new to me author. and I have found that I really like stuff. ( I highly recommend “ as You Wish”) This story is good. It is a great look into a crossdresser, how they feel, and his Master. To me, it shows just how connected a this type of relationship can be.

Gomez Pugh In this book seemed to be reading a little slow. But it was nothing speeding it up to X1.25 didn’t solve. Once I did that, he was great.

A sexy young man in lace

An online Dom and a sexy young man in lace - yum! I fell in love with Matthew and Jack. The storyline is both sweet and melancholy, and Gomez Pugh did an excellent job of conveying the characters' emotions. I especially loved his raspy voice for Jack. The only drawback was the ending, which was rather abrupt and unexpected. I would have liked the story to have been longer.

Fantastic

I was delighted to find that this was set in Aiken Luxury Lettings world. Matthew was a dancer whose career was cut short by an injury. Turning to a blog for comfort, he finds himself in an online Dom/sub relationship. As part of that relationship, Matthew is set goals. He meets those goals as he works for A.L.L. Real life now interferes with his online relationship and Matthew has to decide if he can submit without the internet as a buffer. I loved the way Isobel Starling brought these two men to life. They quickly become so much more to you. Listening to it on tape made it even better. I lvoe how audio beings books to life.

What do a silver fox, a nosy apartment manager, and a drawer of silk panties have in common?!! HEAT!!

Sooo, I listened to this hot little 🔥🔥number some months back and forgot to review it. It’s still stuck in my head and that says a lot considering all of the books I read and listen to. But then, Isobel Starling is amazing and Gomez Pugh does a delectable sexy and tension-filled narration. 👏👏

A short but egregious BDSM novella.

This was a really good BDSM novella. Isobel Starling has an uncanny way of combining kink and sweetness.
Gomez Pugh was a new to me narrator, and I simply loved his voice.

A good short audio

If you've not got long then this will keep you busy for a bit. Not sure about the accents on the audio.
But it's OK.

as good as the ebook

The story is always 4 or 5 stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook.

The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.

I listen to this book.it is so good, Matthew career came to an end of a knee injury Matthew was a ballet star, finding another job he fines he can become his true self, it was a fantastic book to listen to, Gomez Pugh was outstanding with the characters, it was concise in content and very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
