Very good story

Love the story and characters… Kate is a very strong female and Alex is a very good character

Excellent Dark Mafia Romance!

I read it and loved it! The audiobook version is amazing! White Nights: The Complete Duet is an excellent Dark Mafia Romance. Kate and Alex's story is grippingly suspenseful, intricate, and captivating. Alex is dark, powerful, and obsessively possessive, and dominant. Kate needs protection, but she isn't a damsel in distress. She is smart, strong, and independent. They are opposites attract. Their chemistry is off the charts. The storyline has action, suspense, secrets revealed steamy scenes, and some unexpected twists and turns. Impossible to put it down. CJ Bloom and Sebastian York did an outstanding job with the narration. Bloom as Kate is amazing. York as Alex Volkov is magnificent. I love their voices together. This is another fantastic collaboration between Anna Zaires and Charmaine Pauls, two of my favorite authors! This is an excellent team authors/narrators. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Alex and Kate’s story in one volume! I love it! It’s been awhile since I’ve listened to this story and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Good story with some very sexy moments.

CJ Bloom narrated most of the book as the story was mostly from Kate’s POV, but she was superb in her performance. Sebastian York was good but his Russian accent wasn’t consistent throughout.

Binge Worthy Duet!!

White Nights Complete Duet was a captivating, thrilling, sizzling hot story, I could not put down. Anna Zaires & Charmaine Pauls are a dynamic writing duo, you do not want to miss. Their collaborations are always alluring magic! They created a world full of intrigue and intense passion with hints of danger. I absolutely fell in love with Alex and Kate. 

Kate, a loyal and too logical ER nurse has a one night stand with sexy, dark Russian billionaire, Alex Volkov. Alex is persistent and relentless in his pursuit of Kate. Sometimes, his obsession and overprotectiveness with her was too consuming and overwhelming for Kate. The twists and turns of Alex and Kate’s intense passionate story had me in suspense. I loved the hints of darkness and danger that followed Alex and made his overprotective obsession seductive. Their chemistry is off the charts and Alex is so swoon worthy, it will make you melt, just like Kate melts at his every touch. He will do anything to keep Kate safe. 

The narration by CJ Bloom and Sebastian York was wonderful. CJ Bloom narrates most of the book as Kate and Alex and Sebastian York narrates the parts of Oleg and Vladimir. Sebastian’s narration added an extra layer to the way this story is told, making it more entertaining and captivating. They both did a great job with the Russian accents, making the story come to life. They were perfectly cast as Alex and Kate. Sebastian captured Alex’s commanding, sensual persona. CJ Bloom’s performance as Kate was undeniable; she brought all of Kates doubts, bravery, and love for Alex to life wonderfully. This story is dark, suspenseful, and steamy. It had me at the edge of my seat a few times. I could not stop listening. There were so may twists and turns I did not see coming. I need more Alex & Kate in my life!! 


Just Ok

I usually don’t write a response but I have to agree with some of the other reviews…Kate is a spoiled brat! I actually fast forwarded the story in places as it reminded me of a child having a temper tantrum. Narration was awesome! Great heat in both books.

Great read. My first time reading these authors and thoroughly enjoyed every part. Highly recommended

Great performance

The performance of the narrators were excellent. However the heroine was very immature. All in all I would’ve given it a five.

Russian Romance 💙🇷🇺🩺♥️

There’s a lot of heat and action in the story, it’s a really good Bratva story. I like the way Alec recognizes her from the moment he first sees her as someone who is his forever. What was frustrating at times was the way she fought it, and her unreasonableness as she dealt with him trying to protect her. By her fighting, she actually puts them both into more danger.

I enjoyed Alec as the alpha in that he was very protective but very strong. Kate on the other hand with a strong character that didn’t always use common sense. I have a difficult time with women like that.

The story was really good in both books. They were full of action, passion and had a good storyline. The narrators did a wonderful job.

Worth the credit

Couldn’t stop listening. Great narration of a captivating story. I enjoyed the storyline. It was different than many of the mafia type books that all seem the same. Looking forward to listening to more by both authors.
