useful for sleep

This title seems to help me sleep. I tend to fall asleep quicker with this and get better rested too. most times I have trouble sleeping, this really helps. I can't comment on all the"change" it's supposed to make in your life. all I can say is our helps me rest better and faster so for that is worth it.
