Depending on your mindset, this book is an outstanding listen. But you gotta have some of the right DNA to begin with to get in the same universe as LaPort. I will take a second listen in a few weeks.... see how I feel then, will let u all know.

Soul searching?

Danielle’s provocative writing style and authenticity makes it hard to put this book down. For anyone who is on the journey to understand yourself on a deeper level, I highly recommend giving this a chance. She challenges the status quo and gets you thinking about those thoughts you wave so often away.

Well narrated by the author and sounds so "honest", it is also very expressive

Not sure, she seems to try to hard to be 'edgy.'

Less swearing. The F bombs made it unappealing to me, long term.

Loved it from beginning to end

I just learned of Danielle LaPorte on an episode of Good Life Project podcast a few days ago. I was so inspired by her that I immediately purchased this book on Audible. Her voice is so soothing and loving. It really helps all of her powerful insights sink in. She shares just enough about her personal story and offers exercises throughout the book so you can apply her tools and techniques to your own life. This book definitely inspired me to reconsider some things and take action in areas I've been slacking in. I'm already excited to read it again. It's certainly a fire starter!
