What did you love best about Mindfulness: Powerful Techniques to Live in the Moment?
I really enjoyed this audio book. It describes how easy it is to begin practicing mindfulness and how it can greatly benefit our lives in so many ways on a daily basis. The narrator’s voice is so soothing; she instantly made me feel relaxed. Suffering from an autoimmune disease, I was especially intrigued by how practicing mindfulness can help my immune system function to ensure better health. I can’t wait to begin practicing and using the techniques described in this book.
