Publisher's Summary

What is it you truly seek? The reality is, most of us don't really know. Upon close investigation, we discover, above all else, we are seeking the transcendent, that which resides at the deepest place within us, that which connects us to all that is and gives unconditioned meaning to our lives.

The transcendent exceeds the grasp of the mind and the limits of words, for it is beyond all form and definition. But inspirience, although it cannot be explained in words, can be found. There is a path to it.

Richard L. Haight, best-selling author of The Unbound Soul, shares a simple and natural way to inspirience through unconditioned meditation. Inspirience will take you on a journey to the transcendent, so that it can transform your life - and the world.

Have you wanted to incorporate meditation into your life, but find it almost impossible to start? Inspirience will open the doors wide to you.

  • Learn how to actively apply meditation to your daily life, not just in your living room. Once you try this approach, you won't go back.
  • Learn what is truly blocking your inner peace, purpose, and productivity - this fundamental imbalance has been overlooked in spiritual teachings for thousands of years.
  • Learn how to bring true purpose and meaning into your life and thereby transcend the lurking feelings of frustration, emptiness, and loneliness.
  • Learn how to root the mind in consciousness, so that you gain the productivity that the mind can provide, along with the peace that comes with consciousness.

Discover the nature of conscience and the incredible power hidden there just waiting to be tapped.

Useful meditations, advice on life & entertaining

What did you like best about this story?

Although very entertaining with his stories of personal experience he had a lot of practical advice on living in harmony as well as the how-tos of meditating for stress release and of course to unfold one's soul and gain a more profound meaning of life.

Any additional comments?

The audio book is easy to listen to and in both versions he gives step by step instructions at the end on how to do each of the meditations. I highly recommend reading or listening to the audiobook.

Unique and Effective

I really liked this book on many fronts. Richard does a great job on explaining unconditioned awareness and taking you through the steps. It is simple, not necessarily easy, but I did manage to get benefit from it.

I was most moved by the chapter on Appreciation, especially "Unconditioned Appreciation." I had never heard of such a thing but I applied the technique and it was incredible. The felt sense of love in my heart bursting with appreciation for nothing in particular was astounding. Anyone with an interest in meditation can benefit from this book, beginner or advanced.

Guideposts

Would you listen to Inspirience: Meditation Unbound again? Why?

When I first read Richard's first book, "The Unbound Soul", my eyes were opened to the untapped potentials that reside within all of us. I was inspired to deepen my journey in a simpler but profound way. I find his new book to be astonishingly practical, leading the reader through simple meditation techniques without dogma, without unattainable requirements of countless hours of practice and study. All that is asked is that we bring ourselves fully to each practice and to be aware of the jewels that unfold, whatever they may be. In an age of countless spiritual teachers and teachings, it is refreshing to find individuals who are committed to merely serving as guideposts for the rest of us to unfold what is already within.
