The book is short, to the point, well written, and I will listen to it again

I didn't like the narration

Would you consider the audio edition of Chicken Soup for the Soul Healthy Living Series: Weight Loss to be better than the print version?

don't know

Any additional comments?

The problem with the narration was that it was difficult to tell when she was on another story. There wasn't enough time between chapters or stories.
