Love these

These hypnosis meditations are so helpful when used together with other methods. They really help me keep depression at bay and also, put me to sleep quick!

Relaxing

I use the 2nd part (Chapter 2) to sleep at night. It helps distract my mind from all the thoughts that keep me awake, & it relaxes me to sleep. I'm happier in the sense that when I'm more relaxed then I am more able to be happy.

very good track , feel calm and relaxed. do get a bit of resistance from the mind , so might be a good idea to practice some meditation also.
