Publisher's Summary

The word is out, and the fight is on for civilization to prove that cannabis, also known as marijuana, is the next superdrug. What fascinates me is our body's prebuilt system that feeds off of endocannabinoids, which are contained in plants such as the marijuana plant. I became interested with endocannabinoids because of their responsibility in creating the "runner's high" with which all long-distance and endurance athletes are quite familiar.

When I went to review this system out of fascination with its potency just from running for a long time, I found much more positive information about this system in all of our bodies that no one talks about. Join me in this audiobook to be fascinated by a system that makes our immune system look minuscule.

I am a professional trainer certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers, certification number 45582.

"A long road to human evolution"

Loved it, but the narrator was a little shaky. This is new territory for all of us in the field, which makes this book indispensable for beginners. There's a long and winding road ahead, that will lead to logical common sense thinking about medicines and medical practice that actually works for healing the patient. This reading is good as any right now for wetting the appetite of those with less knowledge that want to know more.

Love the book! Only issue is that the man cannot pronounce the words correctly, Endocannabinoid and Cannabinoid are mispronounced.

What did you love best about The Endocannabinoid System: Where Was This in Our Biology Book??

I loved how it brought back into existence, a system in the body that no biology or anatomy teacher would ever talk about!
