Great for understanding cannabis based medicines & the endocannabinoid system. Also a great reference book to buy. Some parts are hard to keep up with but overall a great book! Good Vibes!

helpful reference book with a heart for the plant

an interesting mix of science: studies, dosage, delivery options, recommending to check with a professional health practitioner and also: how we should trust our subjective intuitive selves to figure out what's best for us. Cannabis has been used since 2000 BC, helps with many ailments. the cannabinoid system is part of the plant and ourselves.

I wish there was a more exciting voice but overall I really liked it and it was full of information on cannabis. Especially informative on CBD.
