Awesome!

What an intense short story! This is my first book centering on the Primarch of the Raven Guard and he’s now amongst my favorite Primarchs. Toby Longworth once again delivers a stellar performance and I was gripped from beginning to end!

Ravens take flight!

I am a die hard Raven Guard fan and this novel delivered. While I do feel that the Drop Site Massacre should have been covered more extensively, this does a great job of showing the initial aftermath for the ambush. Crovus shows that he's not a quitter and fights to keep his legion alive. A must listen for Deliverance Lost. Sets up that novel greatly.

awesome

Short but one of the best Ravenguard stories I have listened to. Gives view into Corax and his thoughts.

Corax is grounded but still lethal!

This is a great short story about the trials of the Raven Guard through the Dropsite Massacre.

Best Performance so Far

I've listened to 8 of the novels and a few other short stories and this is definitely the best so far. The use of somber music during Corax contemplation and other sound effects was spectacular.

Easily worth the $5 and I'll be listening to it again in the future.

Simple but good

Straight to the point! A telling of the dropsite from Corax perspective. Not a lot of fluff.
