I love these Angels and their stories so much!!!
I love the books about the angels! I love watching (reading/listening) to how much they change, evolve. This was one of my favorites! Zacharel is given a last chance with his army & his life. Annabelle has had her life taken from her. She comes to learn that it was by a Demon who has marked her as his own. Their story is about learning to live, to live, to fight, to honor and to change. Their story is epic and I enjoyed it so much! I hope you do too!

OMG Best Book Ever!
I have never read a more erotic, thrilling, unique book in my life!!! I love, love, love this author and will definitely be reading more books by her! However, I would love a guy playing the guy and a girl playing the girl for voices in the future. It was hard at first to get into the audio without that. The book is still great though!!!

Hot, Strong, Fierce
What did you like best about this story?
The underlying messages (good vs evil Biblical references), realistic sexy rather than something you can't possibly dream up... LOVE the action too!

Lords of the Underworld fans will enjoy!
Let me start by saying Gena Showalter is one of my favorite authors. Her books are funny, romantic and full of steamy hot characters. I've rarely been disappointed by any of her books. So reviews are mostly biased on my part. That being said, this book sort of fell in the middle for me. Was it her best story? No. Did I enjoy listening? Yes. Was it a waste of my credit? Definitely not.
If you are new to Gena Showalter I would suggest starting with "The Darkest Kiss". You will not be disappointed. If you love the Lords of the Underworld then I would highly suggest getting this book.
I was really looking forward to Zacharel's story (as he was in previous books). I really loved his character from the start and was excited to see how love would melt his cold heart and redeem him. However, the story was just sort of so-so.
I did enjoy the appearance of the Lords and as always I loved the narration by Max Bellmore. For these 2 reasons alone I am giving this a 4 star rating. Otherwise it would just be a 3.
I hope the series gets a little better.
