Good listen

Good listen. Kept me interested all the way through. Characters were likable. I would recommend this book to friends.

Outstanding!!!!!!

I loved this story. I was so wrapped up in the mystery and the love story all at once. Usually I can figure out by the middle who is the killer and so on but not this time. I was sooooo surprised!!!! I loved this book. The storyteller was great loved his voices.

This is the second time that I read Whiskey Beach and I loved the characters and story line even more this time!!!

absolutely captivating

this story truly progresses at the perfect rate. you want to know the truth and you're hoping to learn the truth but this author, as is her Norm, slowly unfolds one piece of the puzzle at a time and it truly makes for a remarkable book. You'll love it. There's the usual love story in a work then they're pretty obvious but the mystery itself is probably one of her best.

Nora Roberts never disappoints

Would you try another book from Nora Roberts and/or Luke Daniels?

I have liked Nora Roberts in the past, but I lost interest part way through this book. Luke Daniels' voice was not a match for these characters. It sounded more like he was narrating a textbook with his harsh matter-of-fact speaking style. Don't even get me started on the women's voices... I couldn't get into the story or the romance.

Would you recommend Whiskey Beach to your friends? Why or why not?

No. I lost interest and the book dragged on.

Would you be willing to try another one of Luke Daniels’s performances?

Probably not.

Suspense & Romance at its best!

I found myself wanting to listen to this until I finished it. I normally listen to audio books during my long commute to & from work. I listened to this at every opportunity! I love Nora Roberts style & character development. The performance by Lee Daniels was great also. . .the voice of the characters are so different. This is one I will listen to again and again.

I loved the whole book. The characters, the setting, the atmosphere.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I loved the main protagonists and how they dealt with the hardships that life had thrown at their path.

Which scene was your favorite?

I loved the very last scene.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It was. I had planned to listen to an hour before going to bed and ended up listening all night.

I need his grandma

so sweet. this is my first Nora Roberts novel and I now know why all our mothers collected these. 💚💚💚😁

Great story, but...

Enjoyed the story. Great summer read.
Although it was a bit wordy and took a bit too long to get on to the next scene.
The narrator did a well enough job, however his "female" voice had me giggling at first but towards the end of the story, it would grate on my ears.
Overall, an enjoyable read.
