If I had had this in print, I wouldn't have been able to put it down! I was finding any excuse to have this playing over the last few days!

Wonderful, Wild Cougers,Jaguar,and Tigers. An animal compound. Murder and a mad man playing Indian warrior.

Powerful story with great characters

I just discovered Nora Roberts last year. Don't know how I managed to miss this author, but I am making up for it now. NR knows how to keep you on the edge of suspence as the story unfolds, and the narrator did a wonderful job bringing the characters to life! I really enjoyed this book.

Black Hills was intriguing

This book had so many characters that intertwined and it made me remember my past every character did it made me think of someone in my life
I loved it
Would recommend it to anyone over 16 years of age loved it loved it loved it

Awesome

Loved this book. The way it was written, the way the characters were introduced so young, and then the way the story went forward years without any mention of what happened and told the story of now. And when it was flashback, explaining what had happened it was so intriguing. the setting was perfect, the animals stories was perfect.
In the beginning it seemed easy to predict what would happen and with every page turned, to my surprise nothing was as I had thought it would be which kept me interested for more of the story.
it was so easy to visualize every scene in the story as it wad being told which only interested me to keep on reading.
this is one of the greatest books I've ever read.
