I can't remember laughing so much
Not a comedy. Just very funny scenes. LOVED the book. I will read any other books available now or in the future. Great writing and narration. I always like to walk away from anything I spend so much time for as a learning experience. The heroine's personality is wonderful and someone I would love to be like. Lovely story. ❤️

MY TAKE
Once again, Helen Taylor did a fabulous job narrating this story.
I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It did stretch things a bit that Ludlow was willing to hire a woman who admitted to having no experience at housekeeping and then proved that she didn't, but I was still able to suspend my disbelief enough to enjoy the story. And I loved the characters.
Some nice twists as well, which is also good.

it seems a bit unrealistic and unlikely and the dialogue seems a bit silly, but overall it was a fun, enjoyable, clean, easy read. the characters were funny and nice. performance was good too

The Sweetest & Most Beautiful Love Story
This has to be one of the sweetest love stories ever told. I loved every moment of this beautiful and classic romance. The author and narrator deserve an award for this production. You’ll leave the book a “hopeful” romantic. 💕💕

Nice Story
Didn't have to work because the story was plausible. She has been bartered off by her father to some disgusting peer. She bails in the middle of the night. The difference between this storyline and similar storyline is that she has attained her majority.

fluffy romance
I really enjoyed this shortish romance. There is no violence. There are no references to Christian living. But i enjoyed The Fall Of Lord Dryson so wished to read book 2 in the series. I'm now looking forward to seeing what happens to Harriot in book 3.
