It's time for the baby. Will Evie make it?

What did you love best about Loved by the Dragon?

This story is special to me. I began my fanatic journey of Jessie Donavan's dragons and writing with Bram and Evie's love story. Now they are having a dragon baby.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Loved by the Dragon?

The dragon becoming the voice or reason--not normal for this pairing.

What about Matthew Lloyd Davies’s performance did you like?

Everything. His accent. His characterization of the dragon.

Any additional comments?

I read the story a year ago, listening was a great way to revisit my friends.

Evie is miserable, the baby is due in a couple of weeks. She can't get comfortable, she can't stop crying, she can't work....Bram and his dragon do everything they can which is very little. What they don't discuss is that her friend and human just like her almost died giving birth. It was risky having a dragonman's baby. Would Evie make it and would their baby?

We get to see the birth, but the result could break Bram and Stonefire.
We do get to reunite with many of the characters we've come to love. Little Murry is a toddler and a joy. Tristan has twins, see how he handles his family.

And there is a special surprise ending for one special friend. You will be as happy as that favorite character. Once again Jessie Donovan has given us, drama, love, and loyalty with old friends. A hearty recommend.

Reunion

I loved this little look back into Stonefire. I enjoyed the glimpse into Bram and Evie’s relationship. The banter they have between them is hilarious. It was good to see some of the rest of the clan pop in too. It gave a nice look at what everyone had been doing.
The narration is awesome. He does such a great job, I have started to hear the difference in some of the accents. It is nice to be able to just drift and fall into the story.
Can’t wait for more. I love to read them but listening takes it to a whole new level.

Audio ARC Review - Loved by the Dragon

Loved this! It was so nice to have a bit more closer to Bram and Evies story! The special surprise reunion at the end was great. The narrator was good too! I was a little sad that it ended quicker than the other stories, but it was enough to satisfy my need for more information. :) I would recommend this book, BUT I would recommend first to listen to the prior books in the series first.

great follow up

Evie feel in love with Bram in Seducing the Dragon. Now she is ready to have a baby that she never thought she would have.

When Evie goes into labor she gets high blood pressure alone with high dragon shifter hormones; which, can kill a human.

Will Evie be able to survive the birth of her baby and live a happy life with her mate and children?

I love getting follow ups on characters. You fall in love with the characters in the 1st book then you get to look back into their lives with the follow up. This is a must read.

Loved by the Dragon

Definitely a must read. This book shows what happens next for Eve and her mate . Totally love how this Author keeps you involved with the characters we have already met and keeps you updated with other things that happen within the clan. Definitely obsessed with this series and hooked on the clans of shifters. It feels like you get to know them all personally. I need more.

Evie Marie & Bram have their Baby

Bram, the head of Clan Stonefire & his mate Evie Marie have their baby. Some loving moments, some tense moments, & the happy, poignant ending. It's a lovely continuation of the story line. I don't know that I would have picked Davies originally as narrator, but now he's the voice of the series.

Too Short

Where does Loved by the Dragon rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It was ok...

Who was your favorite character and why?

Too short to really have a fave character

What about Matthew Lloyd Davies’s performance did you like?

Not great but not horrible.. I'm used to him now.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Nope.. too short to have any extreme emotions..

Any additional comments?

I don't get why authors do stuff like this.. If JD would have put out the next FULL length installment of the series along with this short insert then it would have been okay but to have to wait until who knows when for the next book sucks.

Brilliant!

Any additional comments?

Loved this novella! I loved seeing Bram and Evie again! Bram had a great surprise for Evie at the end, it was a sweet moment at the end! I adore the little family they have now and I hope Evie does manage to keep her vow to herself to find Dr Sid someone! I would love to read that story!
