Publisher's Summary

Phillip's brothers, Cameron and Ethan, are now happily married. The family boat-building business is starting to thrive. And the Quinns are closer than ever to keeping Seth permanently protected from his errant mother, who would sell her own son rather than loving him the way the Quinns do.

Phillip Quinn understands Seth's troubled past. He has the scars from his own rough and tumble childhood on the streets of Boston. He spent his days stealing and his nights doing anything to make a fast buck.

Now he's a high-powered advertising executive who favors Armani suits and rare wines. When he meets educated, cultured Sybill, he figures he's found his perfect match. And when he discovers she has a family connection to young Seth, they join forces to secure the boy's future.

The saga continues: Pay another visit to Chesapeake Bay.

My Favorite of the Harbor Series!

I loved this book. It has the same comfortable and warm story of a fun-loving family; that we've all come to know and love. But I liked this one because it also has twists and reveals many answers to questions from the first two books. I really enjoyed listening to this book, well done 😊

Narrator needs more practice

...or another line of work. Maybe romance just isn't his thing. Anyway, the story was lovely, as always, by NR. I'm so happy she decided to write the fourth book. Seth's story. And thankfully, the narrator change for the fourth :)

Great story, Horrible narrator

Loved the first two books in the series and couldn't wait to keep listening. But this book has a different narrator who sounds like a high school freshman reading a report to the class. Instead of enjoying the characters and the story development I couldn't wait for it to be over. I almost gave up and just read the story in print.

Not bad but could be much better

The first part of the story was just too unbelievable for me. A Doctor of Psychology who can't see malicious manipulative sister for what she is. The story gets better but the narrator doesn't do justice to the female characters. I've heard too many good readers that allow you to know who's talking just by the changes in their voice. That's not the case here. The females run together and the male characters aren't much better. All in all, I like the way Nora Roberts develops her characters and though I wouldn't rate this a 5, I think it was worth the credit.

Loved the series

Where does Inner Harbor rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Above average for the series

What was one of the most memorable moments of Inner Harbor?

The true coming together of a family

What does Guy Lemonier bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Was not pleasantly surprised by a new reader. After some adjustment I was able to move along with him. Was aware it was always a male voice. This was sometimes disheartening.
